Ritmika's class is based on stretching and rhythmic exercises that promote movement development, and coordination, strengthen muscles, correct posture, improve motor skills, and are beneficial for respiratory and circulatory systems. Students will learn various styles of choreography and engage in semi-annual performances of dances such as Russian Folk, Ballroom, Ballet, Latin, Salsa, and Meringue.
Dress code
Girls: black leotards, white tights, black ballet flats.
Boys: white T-shirt, black pants black, black ballet flats.
3.5 years old and up
Lessons are conducted in the Russian language
